O ur clients are welcome to utilize any licensed catering company. We do, however, have a list of very reputable, capable catering companies with whom we work closely. Our planning staff will be happy to arrange menus and tastings upon request.

All caterers are required to provide proof of licensure and insurance and attend a short orientation meeting no later than 30 days prior to the event.

Caterers must provide a cleaning deposit of $500.00. The kitchen and catering areas must be returned to their original cleanliness and layouts and all catering-related materials, trash, etc., must be removed from the facility. There is unfortunately no trash receptacle available at Bryson Hall at this time, so all such materials must be transported away from the building by the caterer and/or their staff. The deposit will be returned to caterer by check within 10 business days.

Caterers are required to pay a 10% catering fee. This must be accomplished prior to entry into the facility and must be accompanied by a copy of the event catering invoice.
