B ryson Hall excels at making weddings and special events Spectacular! For a limited time, Bryson Hall is pleased to offer all 2011 brides the opportunity to rent the hall for the reduced rate of $2000.00! We would love to see the hall fully booked during the wedding season and to this end, we are still including the 100 black Chivari chairs and guest and banquet tables in this special price. We ask that all brides book with us and deposit paid by December 1st, 2010. Please call us to view the hall or book your reception date. Savannah and its squares have several months that are extremely popular for weddings and we want you to have your choice of dates!

• Access to the space from 11:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. on the day of the event. Additional access may be available at an hourly rate.

• Guest and Banquet tables and 100 black Chiavari chairs are included with the hall rental, a $1400.00 savings to you! Additional chairs and tables may be rented. Linens are not included but may be rented from the hall.

• Magnificent Bride's room with private bath for the Wedding Party.

The cost for Friday rentals as well as major holidays and for Sundays is $1800.00 until December 1st 2010 and if paid by check or cash. A credit card usage fee is an additional fee of $300.00 There is a $500.00 Bryson Hall contact fee for services between the client and the hall. The hall will accommodate up to 160 banquet style and 200 cocktail style. The capacities increase with the addition of Chippewa Square. We are happy to provide tenting configurations and costs upon request.

Security for the venue is required for each event from 7:00 p.m. until closing. Our policy is one security guard per one hundred guests. The rate is $100 for the first hour and $25 per additional hour with a minimum of 4 hours.

Due to local and facility regulations, bar service must be contracted through Bryson Hall. A variety of bar packages is available and can be customized to meet your needs.

A signed contract is required to secure the venue for your event. A payment for the hall is due in full upon signing. This payment is nonrefundable, however, it is transferable. If for any reason it becomes impossible to execute your event on the scheduled date, your payment may be transferred to a future date of your choice, within the calendar year.

Bryson Hall, LLC is adjacent to a parking garage and trolley transportation is available for rent, for the comfort and security of your guests. Pricing is available upon request.

Our wedding planner and coordinator, Vickie Buckley, comes to Bryson Hall with many years of experience in the wedding industry in Massachusetts, Georgia and South Carolina. She has designed, planned and coordinated weddings in the United States, Europe and South America. She will be pleased to plan your wedding with you. Coordination fees are independent of the hall rental fees and reflect the amount of service provided for the wedding. We look forward to helping you create a spectacular event!

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Due to local and facility regulations, bar service must be contracted through Bryson Hall.

Is there ample parking?

Yes. On-street parking is available but extremely limited at times.There is a parking garage on Liberty Street, behind the hall.

Is there a piano in the venue?

Yes. An antique, grand piano (played by Emma Kelly, Jim Williams, Joe Odom and many more celebrities) is included in the price of the venue. Please note that it is an antique and may only be used by a trained musician.

Is security an issue?

Savannah is a very safe city. However, local and facility regulations require on-site security for all events after 7:00 p.m. and for any event where alcohol is served.

How can I see the interior of the facility?

What type of events do you allow?

Bryson Hall specializes in weddings, meetings and other social occasions.

Can my guests throw rice or other items?

We ask that no items be thrown inside the hall and that only bubbles or sparklers be used on the exterior. Special accommodations may be made – just ask your Bryson Hall representative.

Do you have in-house photographers?

Although we do not have a staff photographer, we work with many reputable photographers, each unique in his own style.

How late can the party go?

Music, food and beverage services must end by 10:00 p.m. The facility itself must be closed by 11:00 p.m.

How many people can you seat?

Bryson Hall can accommodate up to 150 people (seated/plated), 175 people (theatre style), 200 (cocktail reception/standing) or 400 people if Chippewa Square is utilized.
