B ryson Hall excels at making special events Spectacular! We welcome the opportunity to host your special event. The rental of the venue includes:

• Access to the space from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 midnight on the day of the event. Additional access may be available at an hourly rate.

• Tables and black Chiavari chairs for seating up to 100 –linens are not included

• Private dressing room and bathroom for Bride and special guests

• Set-up and breakdown of this equipment

The cost is $ 3,300.00 for Friday/Saturday rental as well as major holidays, $ 2,750.00 for Sundays and $1,980/00 for weeknights. There is a discount on hall rental for cash/check payments. The hall will accommodate up to 160 banquet style and 250 reception style. The capacities increase with the addition of Chippewa Square. We are happy to provide tenting configurations and cost upon request.

You are not required to use our preferred caterer, but the caterer of your choice must meet with best practice standards set forth by the Health Department and Better Business Bureau. We would be happy to provide all qualifications upon your request. A catering fee of 10% of the total bill is due upon entry into the facility.

Security for the venue is required if a bar service is included and for each event from 7:00 p.m. until close. Our policy is one security guard per one hundred guests. The rate is $100 for the first hour and $25 per additional hour with a minimum of 4 hours.

Due to local and facility regulations, bar service must be contracted through Bryson Hall. A variety of bar packages is available and can be customized to meet your needs.

A signed contract is required to secure the venue for your event. A payment is due in full upon signing. This payment is nonrefundable, however, it is transferable. If for any reason it becomes impossible to execute your event on the scheduled date, your payment may be transferred to a future date of your choice, within the calendar year.

Bryson Hall, LLC has access to a private parking garage and trolley transportation is available for the comfort and security of your guests. Pricing is available upon request.

Our clients are welcome to facilitate any and all arrangements, other than bar service, on their on. However, Bryson Hall, LLC offers full meeting, event and wedding planning services. If you are in need of these services, our experienced staff will be happy to handle any and all additional arrangements and services upon request (event design, floral design, entertainment, specialty equipment rental, guest transportation, hotel accommodations, and much more).

What is the cost to rent Bryson Hall?

Friday, Saturday and holiday rental for Bryson Hall is $3,300 per day. For this price, you receive tables and chairs for up to 100 people, utilization of the Bride’s Room and Groom’s Room, the caterer’s kitchen. Reduced rental pricing is available for weekday and Sunday events.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Due to local and facility regulations, bar service must be contracted through Bryson Hall.

Can I use my own caterer?

You may use any caterer that you choose. Please refer to the “Catering Resources” information sheet regarding licenses, insurance and deposits.

Is there ample parking?

Yes. On-street parking is available but extremely limited at time. Bryson Hall has a discount agreement with the Liberty Street Parking Garage, which is close as well as arrangements with local trolley companies to meet your transportation needs.

Is there a piano in venue?

Yes. An antique, grand piano (played by Emma Kelly, Jim Williams, Joe Odom and many more celebrities) is included in the price of the venue. Please note that it is an antique and may only be used by a trained musician.

Is security an issue?

Savannah is a very safe city. However, local and facility regulations require on-site security for all events after 7:00 p.m. and for any event where alcohol is served.

The art-deco design, combined with its versatility turns Bryson Hall’s 5,000 square feet into a comfortable environment full of distinctive sophistication.

What type of events do you allow?

Bryson Hall specializes in weddings, meetings and other social occasions.

Can my guests throw rice or other items?

We ask that no items be thrown inside the hall and that only bubbles or sparklers be used on the exterior. Special accommodations may be made – just ask your Bryson Hall representative.

Do you have in-house photographers?

Although we do not have a staff photographer, we highly recommend Blue Door Photography - www.bluedoor-photography.com.

How late can the party go?

Music, food and beverage services must end by 11:00 p.m. The facility itself must be clean and closed by midnight.

How many people can you seat?

Bryson Hall can accommodate up to 160 people (seated/plated), 175 people (theatre style), 200 (cocktail reception/standing) or 400 people if Chippewa Square is utilized.
